CLASSES
Yoga uses breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation to promote overall health. Classes are tailored for each adult or child. Do not have a yoga mat, not a problem...one will be provided. I can guide you in your practice in your home, school or organization, alternative meeting space or on Zoom. Please contact me and let's get started on your yoga journey.

Move slowly and mindfully so that you notice and feel the poses
